Back2Eatin Cook-Book

All ingredients are individually listed in the description of the product or on the front of the product on the label.

Tea

Bring spring or distilled water to a boil. Place 2 teaspoons of herbs in cup or an 8oz jar. Pour the boiling water over the herbs and steep for 1 minutes. Remove herbs and drink.

Infusion

Place 1/4 cup of herbs into a quart size mason jar (32 oz.) Fill with boiling water and cover with a lid. Steep for 4 hours-to overnight and strain. Drink 2-4 cups a day at least 3-4 times a week for optimal results. You can refrigerate the infusion for up to 36 hours.

Steam

Bring a medium size pot to boil using spring or distilled water
Place ½ cup of herbs into the water, simmer for 10 minutes with lid on.

Pour mixture into a wide bowl or you may leave in pot.

Place bowl or pot into toilet bowl, under steam chair, or on the floor
If on floor use a chair to rest your upper body and pillows to comfort knees.

Undress from the waist down and wrap yourself with a large towel
Check the temperature of the water with your forearm before steaming.

Sit or squat over the steam, and steam for up to 15 mins.

This is the time to meditate and manifest your healing and desires.

Topical & Tea Baths
All Herbal Blends can be for topical use. Use boiling directions above and pour strained mixture into a spray bottle. Spray on desired areas of the body, massage and rinse. For Tea Baths add 4-6 Teaspoons of herbs into your reusable tea bag and place in bath water.

Back2Eatin' Cookie Dough

Pour entire content of Back2Eatin Cookie Mix into medium size bowl.

Add ½ cup of vegetable oil or oil of choice, ⅓ cup of non-dairy milk or milk of
choice, and 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract (optional).

After adding each ingredient, mix until cookie dough forms.

Refrigerate for 30 minute *optional for chewier cookies we recommend this step.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Scoop out cookie dough onto cookie sheet.

Bake on 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

*Makes 24 Cookies, Cookie Mix shelf life is 6 months.

If you purchase any product from us & put in the wrong address or your address is undeliverable by USPS, we cannot be held legally or financially liable.

Due to the biodegradable nature of herbal blends, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds. 

Once your order is processed & shipped, it is out of our control and is in the hands of the carrier (USPS). If you have any questions about your packages location after it has been shipped you may contact the carrier. Orders that are lost or misplaced by the carrier we cannot be held liable for under any circumstances. If your order is damaged, please provide image proof to the customer service E-Mail and we will replace your order new & free.
